The day began with a breathtaking Persian wedding ceremony held in the villa’s lush gardens. Surrounded by the shimmering waters of Lake Como, the couple exchanged their vows at a mirrored table adorned with golden bowls filled with traditional foods, crystal candelabras, white flowers, and a sacred book—a Sofreh Aghd that honored Persian wedding customs. As Berkeh walked down the aisle, she captivated all in a stunning gown by Monique Lhuillier, its delicate lace and timeless elegance perfectly complementing the idyllic setting. In this moment, their love became a testament to the blending of cultures, and the exchange of vows was marked by a burst of colorful fireworks, creating a picture-perfect scene.
White Florals and Grand Decor at the Villa
The reception that followed was an opulent affair, with the villa’s richly decorated halls and lavish gardens serving as the perfect stage for the couple’s love story. The all-white floral arrangements brought a refined glamour to the day, with a grand floral arch framing the ceremony and long, elegantly set imperial tables gracing the reception space. The culmination of the evening was the cutting of an impressive seven-tiered cake, prepared by Pasticceria Ramperti, with a second display of fireworks illuminating the night sky above Lake Como.
